Returns: You may exchange or return unopened and unused item/items for any reason within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. To obtain a Return Authorization Number for the exchange or return please call us at 888-665-2982.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% and the actual freight amount incurred by Dynamic Water Solutions. This is a non-refundable fee and will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
We will not return or exchange items that have been opened or used.
Exceptions to our return policy:
- Electronic items are non-returnable
- All Chemicals are non-returnable
- Special/custom orders are non-returnable
Warranties / Defects:
All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer.
